Tulips appetizer of tomatoes


  1. Plum-shaped tomatoes 7 pieces
  2. Dill 6 branches
  3. Green onion 6 pieces

Step 1: prepare the tomatoes.

Rinse the tomatoes well. And immediately prepare a plate in which you will spread the flesh (do not throw it away, send it to sauce or soup for broth).
Turn the tomatoes upward with the tapering side, make an incision crosswise and carefully remove the pulp with seeds.
Carefully cut the "buttock" on the back, leaving a small hole in its place.

Step 2: chop the greens.

Separate two branches of dill and two onion feathers from the total mass and chop very finely.

Step 3: mix the filling.

Mix greens with cottage cheese (adding a little sour cream to it to make the filling juicy), salt to taste, but usually the cheese is quite salty, so this is not required.
Transfer the filling into the culinary (confectionery) bag.

Step 4: stuff the tomatoes.

And with a bag, fill the tomatoes well. So that the vegetables are slightly burst from the filling inside.

Step 5: put them on a beautiful plate.

Gently insert the feathers of green onions into the holes at the bottom of the tomatoes and lay the resulting "tulips" nicely on a plate.

Garnish the bouquet with the remaining dill and onions.

Step 6: serve the appetizer.
