Finely chop the onion a little in the olive oil together with the carrot and parsnip. Add the finely chopped or blended tomatoes (as in my case :)) and the tomato juice.

We also add the zucchini, then the finely chopped and finely chopped aubergines and the donuts.

If necessary, add 1 glass of water, adjust the taste of salt and pepper and put in the oven until it decreases and reaches the desired consistency.

I served it with toasted black bread.

Potted chrysanthemum, find out how to take care of it so that it does not dry out

It is clear to everyone that autumn has come and when you look in the garden or at the flower shops you realize that the star of this season is undoubtedly the chrysanthemum. Now you can find it in various colors and shapes and in florists or pot shops. In great demand lately are sphere-shaped chrysanthemums whose colorful flowers cheer up any garden, balcony or terrace. Although they look very beautiful when you see them all next to each other, once taken home these flowers often wither, as many of you have written to me. Let me tell you what you need to do to have a healthy chrysanthemum full of flowers so that you can enjoy these beautiful flowers for a long time to come.

If you are thinking of planting it in the garden, then things are much simpler and apart from a proper planting and a supply watering, you don't have much else to do. But if you want to keep the chrysanthemum on the balcony or on the terrace then it is necessary to transplant it as soon as you have bought it in a terracotta vessel slightly larger than the existing one.

I advise you to use a universal substrate or even one taken from the garden when planting. Careful! It is very important to apply a layer of gravel to the base when transferring to ensure the best possible drainage and to avoid root rot. This operation should not be delayed because pot in which the chrysanthemum is located, as a rule, it has very little soil and very many roots, and if the plant is not watered abundantly, it will dry quite quickly, with no chance of recovery.

You should also know that these autumn plants need extremely bright, cool spaces (temperatures below 20 ° C), ventilated and without excess watering with stagnant water at the base of the pot. Lower temperatures know that they will extend the flowering period by up to 10 weeks. They can stay outside on the terrace if the pots are large and are RTD or you can bring them indoors throughout the winter in a cooler place, protected from frost, where you will have to water them less often. Even if it disappears almost completely from the surface of the soil, you will see that in the spring, from the base of the package, numerous buds will start growing, which will allow the chrysanthemum to resume its normal course of life. In this phase you can try to divide the plant, if you want to multiply it or you can plant it directly in the garden.

QIn conclusion, if you want to enjoy an autumn full of potted chrysanthemum flowers, then be careful to avoid placing them in dark, warm, dry, over-watered areas.. And don't forget to give the plant a suitable pot if you don't plant it directly in the garden. I hope you find my information useful!
