Caesar salad with arugula


For salad

  1. Chicken fillet 1 piece
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Pepper to taste
  4. Provencal herbs to taste
  5. Arugula 70 grams
  6. Croutons (crackers) garlic 2 handfuls
  7. Parmesan to taste
  8. Vegetable oil for frying chicken

For the sauce

  1. Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
  2. Mustard tablespoon (no slide)
  3. Garlic 3 cloves
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pepper to taste
  • Main ingredients: Garlic, Chicken, Cheese, Bread, Greens


Frying pan, spatula, knife, board, plate.


Step 1: cook the chicken.

Rinse chicken thoroughly and pat dry. Cut the meat into small cubes, season it with salt, pepper and Provencal herbs. Then fry until cooked in a pan with hot oil.
Allow to cool.

Step 2: preparing a gas station.

Rinse arugula, dry and fold to the bottom of the salad bowl. Top the fried chicken fillet.
In another plate (or cup), mix mayonnaise, mustard and chopped garlic cloves. Add salt and pepper.
Pour the resulting dressing into arugula with chicken and mix.

Step 3: add crackers and cheese.

Add croutons or crackers (necessarily garlic) and grated parmesan to the salad (it will turn into flakes). Mix everything thoroughly again and serve immediately.
Important: crackers and cheese must be added to the salad before serving.

Step 4: serve Caesar salad with arugula.

"Caesar" with arugula can be both everyday and holiday salad. It is certainly very tasty.
