Today we have prepared a delicious and quick dessert, made from cheap ingredients! My family enjoyed it breathlessly and I hope you like it too!
What ingredients did I use for the fasting apple pie:
-apples 1kg, -margarine 250gr, -500gr flour, -3 tablespoons sugar, -nuts 200gr, -minded cinnamon, -brom essence,-raisins, -1 teaspoon baking soda, -1 sachet baking powder,-juice from a Lemon.
In a bowl in which I squeezed the juice from a lemon, I added the baking powder and baking soda, and I poured the resulting mixture over the margarine. I added the flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 200 ml of water and kneaded the dough, which I put in the fridge.
In the meantime, I cleaned and chopped the apples, which I hardened. Over these I added sugar and cinnamon to taste, walnuts, raisins and rum essence. I let it harden until the apples began to soften.
I divided the dough into 2 equal pieces. I stretched out the first piece until I got a thin sheet, which I put on the bottom of the tray. I poured the composition with hardened apples on top, and then covered with the other sheet of pie.
I greased it with oil, sprinkled sugar on top and put it in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
