Ingredients for making biscuit roll with apples
- 5 eggs
- Sugar 5 tablespoons
- Vanilla Sugar 1 sachet
- Wheat flour 4 tablespoons
- Potato starch 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder for dough 1 teaspoon
- Fresh apples 1 kilogram (canned can be taken)
- Lemon jelly to taste

Kitchen towel, baking parchment, kitchen knife, mixer, plate, tablespoon, frying pan.
Step 1: prepare the biscuit dough.
Separate the yolks from the proteins, whisk the whites with a mixer with sugar (regular and vanilla) to hard peaks.
Add one yolk to the protein foam, stirring properly after each.
Sift wheat flour and starch, mix with baking powder for dough and add to the egg mixture, mix with a spatula.
