a goodness for the adults as well, because I kind of got into the pot: D

  • or a casserole of fresh liver
  • a large bouquet of spinach
  • a cup of sweet milk
  • a pinch of salt

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Spinach and liver in baby milk:

At the beginning, we wash the livers well and clean them of the skins and put them to boil.

Meanwhile, wash the spinach in some water, then scald it for a few minutes in boiled water, take it out and let it cool.

After it has cooled, grind it with a knife and put it in a pot, over which we add the livers and milk and leave until the milk decreases, but be careful not to stick to the bottom of the pot.

When it is ready, take it off the heat and serve the baby.

My dwarf liked it a lot :)

Baby menu 10 months. 8 recipes for all tastes

Some babies are still breastfed, others have already switched to formula. Here are the menus that are suitable for the age of 10 months.

At 10 months, your baby has a very diverse menu and can eat on his own using his hands. Some babies are still breastfed, others have already switched to formula. However, their meal schedule is quite similar to that of the adults in the house.

Newborns are still introduced to the menu at the age of 10 months, 3 days apart to see if they are allergic to them or not. Fruits and vegetables will continue to be the basis of the diet, in the form of puree or cut into small pieces. If you are a follower of self-diversification you can give your child small pieces of avocado, banana, peach, sweet potato (cooked), carrot (preferably cooked), green beans or berries. He can also safely eat cooked pasta (not spaghetti, but feathers), special baby biscuits or tofu with his little hands.

At 10 months, babies can also have meat on the menu. You can also eat the pieces of chicken or turkey by hand, while the beef must be cut into extremely small pieces or blended. You can also add eggs, sweet cheese, pseudocereals to the menu.

chicken meat
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white or wholemeal flour
1/2 cup meat or vegetable soup
1/2 cup milk (formula up to 1 year)
oregano (chopped parsley)
salt (max 2-3 gr of salt if the child is at least 1 year old)

65 gr ricotta cheese or cheese
2 tablespoons pear puree
milk (formula: baby

Menu 12 months

The year has good signs, here we have the one-year menu! I admit that absorbed by my life as a job mom, I kind of forgot about menus, but as many moms asked me about the 12-month baby menu, I said to put the spear aside and get to work. And here a few months late I come with news. As you know and if you don't know I remind you now, the menu is not one approved by any specialist, it is made by me, a normal mom to come to the aid of other moms when they run out of ideas. It is far from a perfect menu, I just hope it helps you in those moments when you really don't feel like it and no time to look for recipes and ideas. The menu can be easily adapted for adults and is perfect for older children.

As a novelty, I introduced the morning snack (which was actually the old breakfast). There is no need to introduce it now, you can do it sooner and later, when you see that the baby is ready. It is not a specific age for introducing a meal, it is important to be guided by the baby.

Okay, I'll leave the talk and I'll leave you the notes below, which it's good to read to find out another one and then we start with the actual menu. Ah, let's not forget, don't be shocked if you see the same dish for 3 days in a row :)). We have to teach them from an early age the hardships of life, we can't cook non-stop and the food stays in the fridge for so many days.

♥ Don't forget to use milk and yogurt as fat as possible, not defatted. In the first 2 years of life, children need as much fat as possible, so exclude any skim.

♥ All seeds and nuts (cashews, almonds, etc.) are raw and ground. Nothing whole, they are in great danger of drowning, only after the age of 5 they can give themselves whole.

♥ I tried to adapt the menu to the current period. Depending on when you start, you can give any seasonal fruit: strawberries, cherries, plums, grapes, etc. Preferably serve raw babies, grated if not popped alone. Or steamed, hard pears or apples that go very well with a little cinnamon and a small teaspoon of coconut oil.

♥ Also, if you use white flour, take type 650 or 550, avoid type 000 as much as possible being the most processed.

♥ I mainly used chicken, turkey, beef and fish, but you can easily give them quail, goat, pork, etc. It is important to have lean meat, not fat.

♥ We keep the same note, without added salt and without sugar. The need for salt at this age is taken without problems from foods in their natural state, introducing some cheese, commercial cream that have added salt reach without problems the daily intake of Sodium. If it is exceeded, their kidneys are overworked.

♥ Don't forget if you use cinnamon, don't use cassia (cinnamon from Indonesia, dark brown color) which is not ok at all. I also discovered this at the recommendation of a mother and I thank her in this way. The ok one is Ceylon cinnamon (light brown), it is a little harder to find, but it is the best. As a recommendation, you can buy it here online, if you can't find it in stores.

If you still have some ambiguities, I look forward to solving them together.

Zucchini pasta

Zucchini are not difficult to digest for babies and are full of vitamins (such as C, A or B3). It will be a great way to introduce him to his diet (from 7-8 months up), along with tasty pasta. Also, the recipe will be welcome due to the presence of egg yolk, which contains proteins and other nutrients ideal for the optimal development of the little one. To attract the baby more to this preparation, you can opt for pasta & icircn in more special shapes, such as those & icircn in the form of stars.
