Remove the asparagus from the jar, then fry in a pan with a little olive oil. After they have browned a little, take them out on a plate and leave them to cool.

In the remaining oil cook the cleaned shrimp, approx. 5 minutes on each side until slightly pink.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce from the flavored greens. Finely chop the basil, mint and spinach leaves in a blender, along with the mustard, vinegar, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, ground pepper, sugar and three strawberries, until a fine paste is obtained.

The sauce obtained is poured over the cooled asparagus and left to marinate approx. 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

Cut the strawberries into quarters, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then place on a platter, generously on which to mount the salad. Add aesthetically, marinated asparagus stalks, shrimp, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions or chives, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper, season with a few basil / mint leaves and serve cold, as such, without any kind of gasket.
