So, first of all, lubricate the bottom of the baking dish with sunflower oil.
Now we need two wooden spoons or shoulder blades, put potato between them, fix, and make an incision with a knife, until it stops. Your potato bottom should be left untouched.
Thus, we make incisions with a width of 5 ml. Next, coat the cuts with sunflower oil and the potato itself.
Now salt the potatoes, and put in a preheated oven to a temperature of 200 degrees for 45-50 minutes. The potato should be browned and almost cooked.
While preparing potatoes, cut the sausage into circles, rub the cheese on a coarse grater, chop finely the greens.
We take out the potatoes and put sausage in each cut, pour ketchup on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, and send it back to the oven for 7-10 minutes.
We take the potatoes out of the oven, sprinkle with parsley on top and serve.
