1. Take 400 gr. minced meat, I have minced chicken breast. I ground it with a small onion. Salt and pepper to taste, add 1 egg and 1 tbsp. semolina, if the minced meat turned out to be liquidy, you need to add another 1/2 tbsp. decoys. Mix well. Wet hands will form all the meatballs. We’ll send them to the refrigerator while we prepare the vegetables.

2. Cook the roast. Cut 2 small onions into a small cube. 1 medium carrot, too, cut into a small cube. Two small tomatoes are also cut into a small cube. If there is no fresh tomato, you can replace it with frozen tomatoes or frozen bell peppers, it will also be very tasty. The tomato peel will not be felt, as I will add the frying to the soup at the very end.

3. In a preheated pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, spread the onions and carrots, when the onions and carrots are fried, add chopped tomatoes and 70 gr. sour cream, mix and remove from heat.

4. Peeled and washed potatoes cut into a small cube. Add potatoes and 50 gr. To boiling water. washed rice. When the soup boils, remove the foam and cook for 5-7 minutes, then add the meatballs. Bring the soup to a boil and cook for another 10-15 minutes, until cooked, on fire slightly below average.

5. At the end, add the frying, salt and black pepper to taste, 2 small bay leaves, 1/3 tsp. the basilica. Bring to a boil. Let it boil for literally 1 minute and turn it off.
