- chicken drumsticks 1.5 kg
- chicken fat 100 gr
- onion 2 medium
- bell pepper 500 gr
- mushrooms 500 gr
- garlic 3 cloves
- cream cream 1 kg
- thyme 1 small bunch

Melt chicken fat in a saucepan and fry the chicken drumsticks in it until golden brown. Remove the drumsticks and fry the medium chopped onion in the same fat until transparent. Add medium chopped bell pepper and finely chopped garlic. Fry for 3 minutes.
Add sliced mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes. Skin the tomatoes, remove the seeds and chop coarsely. Add to the stewpan. Salt, pepper, add a bunch of thyme and simmer over medium heat without a lid for 10-12 minutes.
Then add the drumsticks, mix and simmer over a loosely closed lid over low heat for 30 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with chopped basil leaves.
