Spicy chicken

Ingredients

  1. Chicken 0.5 pcs.
  2. 2 cloves of garlic
  3. Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
  4. Hot ketchup 1 teaspoon
  5. Hot smoked paprika 0.5 teaspoon
  6. Honey 1 teaspoon
  7. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  8. Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the marinade.


Grind the garlic and mix it with oil, paprika, hot ketchup, soy sauce, honey and lemon juice. Mix well.

Step 2: pickle the chicken.

Stir the chicken with the marinade, cover and simmer in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
