  1. Pork (with a minimum amount of fat) 300 grams

Step 1: chop the meat.

Cut the meat into small pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Step 2: chop the beans.

Cut the beans. (You can take frozen, it will already be chopped as needed.)
And finely chop onions. Pass the garlic through the press.

Step 3: Cook the goulash with beans.

First, fry the meat in vegetable oil until a slight blush, then add the onion to the meat. Cover and continue frying.
After a few minutes, add the garlic.
And after a few minutes, add the beans. Shuffle.
Add salt, pepper and paprika.
Pour in a little water and add flour.
Stir well and simmer under the lid until the meat is tender.
