Salad with vegetables, chicken breast and pumpkin seeds


The main ones:

  1. Chicken Breast 150 gr.
  2. Lettuce leaf 1 bunch.
  3. Tomato 1 pc.
  4. Pumpkin seeds 50 gr.
  5. Egg 1 pc.
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Vegetable oil to taste

For cakes:

  1. Flour 300 gr.
  2. Water (warm) 150-200 ml.
  3. Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
  4. Salt 0.5 tsp

Boil the eggs.

For the cakes, knead the dough. In the sifted flour, add vegetable oil, salt. By adding a little water, knead the dough. The dough should not stick to your hands. Let stand the test for about 15 minutes. Divide the dough into parts (I got 6 parts). Roll each part of the dough into a thin cake and fry in a dry pan.

Fry the chicken breast on both sides in oil.

We wash the pumpkin seeds under running water, recline into a colander, let the liquid drain. Fry the seeds in a dry frying pan over low heat so as not to burn.

Grind the salad, chop the tomato, eggs, chicken breast, tortillas. Mix, add vegetable oil, salt, seeds. Salad ready.
