Buckwheat cutlets


  1. buckwheat groats 0.5 tbsp
  2. water 1.5 tbsp.
  3. salt 0.5 tsp
  4. kefir 3 tbsp
  5. eggs 2 pcs.
  6. flour 2 tbsp with a slide
  7. cooking oil

Cooking method

Rinse buckwheat. Put on fire, pouring water and adding salt. Cook on low heat until all the water has evaporated.

Cool a little buckwheat and mix it with eggs, kefir and flour. Mix everything well. The dough should turn out as a very thick sour cream.

Heat the pan, add vegetable oil. Put 1 tablespoon each. Fry until golden brown on both sides.

Put the finished patties on a paper towel so that the excess oil is gone.
