STEP 1.

Mix flour with baking powder and leave aside.

STEP 2.

Add the vanilla sugar and milk to the yolks and mix well.

STEP 4.

Pour flour with baking powder here and mix well.

STEP 5.

Beat the whites with a pinch of salt and sugar until stable peaks.

STEP 6.

Gently mix the proteins into the dough.

STEP 7.

It is advisable to fry them in a salad ring. Alternatively, such a ring can be made of foil or parchment paper. You need to fry 5 minutes on one side and 3 on the other. If you do not use a ring, then reduce the frying time.
