Chicken Fillet Boats


  1. Chicken fillet 2 pcs
  2. Smoked bacon a few slices
  3. Bulgarian pepper 1/2 pcs.
  4. Camembert cheese a few slices
  5. Cherry Tomatoes 4-5 pcs.
  6. Provencal herbs 1 tsp
  7. 2 cloves of garlic
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper to taste

Step 1: prepare the chicken fillet.

Make a cut in the chicken on the thick part, creating a “pocket” for the filling.
Grind the garlic or pass through a press and grate the resulting fillet mass inside the incision. Salt, pepper the fillet on all sides and leave it on 30 minutes.

Step 2: stuffing.

Cut the bacon into small pieces, chop the cheese and bell pepper in the same way. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves or quarters (depending on how small they are).
Put the filling ingredients inside the fillet boat. Put tight, do not spare the filling.
Sprinkle with Provencal herbs on top.

Step 3: bake chicken fillet boats.

Bake boats in the oven at temperature 160 degrees during 30 minutes. If the filling on top starts to burn, cover the chicken with foil.
You can bake a side dish of finely chopped zucchini at the same time as the boats.

Step 4: serve the chicken fillet boats.
