  1. Zucchini 1-1.3 kg
  2. Chicken stock 1 l
  3. Chopped dill 2 tbsp
  4. Cream cheese 2 pcs (180 gr)
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pepper to taste
  7. Tabasco (optional) to taste
  • Main Ingredients Zucchini, Cheese


Cut zucchini, pour into a pan. Pour the broth, bring to a boil. Salt and cook for 10 minutes.
Using a blender, turn into mashed potatoes. Add finely chopped dill. Add melted cheese and mix until cheese is dissolved.
When serving, add black pepper, dill, Tabasco sauce.
