- Cottage cheese 500 gr.
- Apples (net weight) 200 gr.

1) Kill the curd with eggs with a blender. Add sugar, grated apples and flour. Mix. Cottage cheese can be of any fat content, but must be dry.
2) Roll a tablespoon of cottage cheese in flour. Form a cheesecake. Fry cheesecakes in a pan with vegetable oil over moderate heat on both sides for about 1.5-2 minutes on each side. Turning over to the other side, cover the cheesecakes with a lid and bring to readiness.
- Half the flour can be replaced with semolina.
