Ingredients
- Wheat flour 250 g
- Natural yogurt 250 g
- Apple cider vinegar 3 tbsp
- Vegetable oil 50 ml + for frying
- Baking powder for dough 1 tsp
- Soda 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Banana 1 pc.
- Dark chocolate 6-8 slices
- Raspberries 100-150 g
- Main Ingredients: Banana, Raspberry, Yogurt, Cocoa and Chocolate
- Portion 6-8
Inventory:
frying pan, whisk, spatula, tablespoon, sieve
Cooking:
Step 1: prepare the dough.

Mix vinegar with yogurt and leave on 10 minutes. Sift flour into a plate, mixed with soda, salt and a baking powder for dough.
Crush a banana with a fork, turning it into porridge.

Mix dry ingredients with banana, oil, and acidified yogurt. Whisk with a whisk so that there are no lumps left.

At the very end, add the washed raspberries and mix gently.
Step 2: fry the fritters with raspberries and chocolate.

Heat oil in a pan (about 1 cm) and spread the dough with a spoon. When the bottom is set, put a slice of chocolate in each pancake and close the dough on top.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes from each side.
Step 3: serve pancakes with raspberries and chocolate.

Serve with raspberries and chocolate hot for tea. This is a great breakfast, dessert or afternoon snack. You can pour honey or syrup.
