Turkey meatballs in dill sauce

Ingredients

Meatballs

  1. Minced turkey 3/4 kg
  2. Onion 1 pc.
  3. Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
  4. Egg 1 pc.
  5. Parsley to taste
  6. Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
  7. Water 1/2 cup
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper to taste

Sauce

  1. Milk 2 cups
  2. Dill 1 bunch
  3. Butter 1 tbsp
  4. Flour 1 tbsp
  5. Grated nutmeg 1 pinch
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper to taste
  • Main ingredients: Turkey, Greens
  • Portion 3-4

Inventory:

plate, whisk, stewpan, frying pan, spatula, knife, board

Cooking:

Step 1: Cooking Meatballs.


Set the oven to warm up 230 degrees.
Chop the onion finely.

Sauté the onion in oil until clear. Judge.

Mix the minced meat with water, an egg, chopped dill, breadcrumbs, and fried onions. Salt, pepper. Mix thoroughly and with small hands form small meatballs.

Lubricate the pan with butter and place the meatballs in it. Put in a hot oven on 15 minutes.

Step 2: prepare the dill sauce.


Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and mix vigorously. Fry 1/2 minutesstirring constantly. Remove from heat and add milk. Mix well so that there are no lumps.
Return to heat, bring to a boil, add dill, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Remove from heat.

Step 3: cook the turkey meatballs in dill sauce.


Remove the meatballs from the oven and pour the sauce. The sauce should cover the meatballs by about 2/3.

Reduce the temperature in the oven to 180 and put the meatballs baked on 30 minutes.

Step 4: serve turkey meatballs in dill sauce.


Serve hot meatballs of turkey in dill sauce, use pasta or mashed potatoes as a side dish.
