In a bowl, mix eggs, salt, milk. Mix. Gradually add sifted flour. Knead soft, elastic, firm dough. Send it in a bag and leave to rest for 15-20 minutes.
Separate the dough into 4 parts. One of which is rolled into a thin layer, the rest I put back in the bag. I cut the layer into long strips with a pizza knife, adjust the width to your liking.
Screw a strip of dough onto the skewer. First, lightly fasten the strip on the skewer and, while turning the skewer, wind the strip. You need to remove the curl immediately or wrap all the strips from this layer of dough and then remove it, in no case should you leave it to dry completely, otherwise you just will not remove them.
