Quick stew of sweet pepper and zucchini with sausages


  1. Onions 160 g
  2. Sweet pepper of different colors 3 pcs.
  3. Zucchini 400 g
  4. Cooked smoked sausage 300 g
  5. Olive Oil 2 Tbsp (30 ml)
  6. Mashed tomatoes 250 g
  7. Dried oregano 1 tsp
  8. Salt 1 tsp
  9. Red chili pepper 1 tsp
  10. Dried garlic 1 tsp
  11. Parsley 5 g
  • Main ingredients: Sausage and sausages, Onion, Pepper, Zucchini
  • Serving 4 servings


Step 1.

Slice the eggplant lengthwise into thin slices, bell peppers and onions in strips.

Step 2

Heat a frying pan with oil and fry onions, zucchini, pepper with the lid closed for 6 minutes over low heat, sometimes turning over

Step 3

Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano and simmer another 2 minutes over low heat.

Step 4

Slide the vegetables into half the pan and put the sausage cut into thin slices into the other half, fry the sausage and vegetables for 2 minutes over medium heat, turning over from time to time.

Step 5

Mix vegetables with sausage, turn off the heat and sprinkle the finished dish with parsley.
