Ingredients

Filling:

  1. Cottage cheese 10% 180 gr
  2. Raisins 20 gr
  3. Vanilla Sugar 10g
  4. Sugar to taste

Semolina dough:

  1. Semolina 90 gr
  2. Milk 450 gr
  3. Vanilla Sugar 10g
  4. Sugar to taste
  5. Salt 1 pinch
  6. Egg 1 pc.
  7. Sugar 0.5 tsp
  8. Pinch of salt
  9. Butter 10 gr

Cooking:


1. For the filling, mix cottage cheese, raisins, vanilla sugar, you can add regular sugar to your taste. I recommend taking cottage cheese fat and moist so that it keeps its shape well.

2. Mix the egg with salt and sugar until smooth.

3. Add vanilla sugar, regular sugar, a pinch of salt to milk. Bring milk to a boil, introduce semolina into a thin stream. Constantly mixing, cook 3-4 minutes until thickened. It is very important that the semolina is thick, otherwise nothing will work.

4. Sprinkle the surface with plenty of flour. Dip a tablespoon in water and put 1 tbsp. of semolina porridge into flour, quickly form a cake out of it, put the curd filling in the center, pinch the edges and form a boat-shaped pie. Everything needs to be done while the semolina porridge is hot, if it cools down, nothing will work out, so you need to work very quickly, and cover the pan with semolina porridge with a lid so that the porridge does not cool.

5. Soak mannikas in an egg and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Put the finished manna on paper towels to absorb excess fat. Grease with butter.
