- Salted trout 180 g
- Quail eggs 8 pcs
- Green onion 2 pcs
- Mayonnaise 40 g
- Black pepper to taste
- Main ingredients: Forel, Eggs, Greens
- Serving 2 servings
1. I cut trout in rather large pieces. I cut the eggs in half. You can use chicken eggs, but with quail it turns out prettier.
2. As for the onions, in this case you will need both the white part and a little green. You can use shallots. The main thing is that the onion does not have a sharp taste and smell.
3. Put the trout and onions in the bowl. Add mayonnaise. You can pepper. It is not necessary to salt, as the fish and mayonnaise are already salted. Mix everything, lay the halves of eggs on top. You can, of course, mix the eggs immediately with mayonnaise, but I like to add them last, so that the yolks do not choke and a beautiful bright composition is obtained on the plate.
Let it not bother you that the salad is prepared so simply. The main thing is the result and it is magnificent. The ingredients blend perfectly together. It seems that they were specially created in order to make this salad from them.
