Baked Spinach Pangasius


  1. Pangasius fillet (or flounder) 2 pcs
  2. Spinach 1/2 packet frozen or 1 packet fresh
  3. Garlic 3 cloves
  4. Onion 1/2 pcs.
  5. White wine 4 tbsp
  6. Blue cheese 1/4 cube
  7. Egg 1 pc.
  8. Cream for soups and sauces 1/4 cup

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Defrost the fish fillet, pat it dry with a paper towel, salt, sprinkle with white pepper and a little rosemary. Pour in lemon juice.
Defrost spinach in advance in a small amount of water over low heat, drain excess water.
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry until golden brown. Add the spinach and pour in the wine. Simmer until liquid evaporates. Salt, pepper. Cool.

Step 2: prepare the fill.

Mix the egg with cream and French mustard. Add the grated blue cheese. Mix well.

Step 3: bake the pangasius with spinach.

Put the fillet in the form, onion with spinach and garlic on top, pour in the creamy-egg mass and bake in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees. Bake until the egg and cream mass is cooked.

Step 4: Serve the pangasius baked with spinach.
