Oven mozzarella tomatoes

  2. Mozzarella to taste
  3. Parmesan to taste
  4. Pitted olives to taste

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Rinse the tomatoes, dry and cut into circles. Lay the pieces of tomato on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella and parmesan on top. Add chopped basil leaves and olive rings.

Step 2: bake tomatoes with mozzarella in the oven.

Put everything in an oven preheated to 195 degrees and bake until the cheese becomes rosy (about 10 minutes). Then let the tomatoes cool slightly and serve.

Step 3: serve the tomatoes with mozzarella.

Baked tomatoes with mozzarella are good both hot and cold. You can decorate them with fresh parsley, but this is not necessary.
