Oatmeal pancakes with red currants

Ingredients for making oat fritters with red currants

  1. Milk 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Oatmeal flakes 1 cup
  4. Red currant 1 cup
  5. Cinnamon 1 pinch
  6. Baking powder for dough 1 pinch
  7. Sugar 1 tablespoon
  8. Eggs 2 pieces
  9. Vegetable oil for frying
  10. Powdered Sugar
  • Main Ingredients: Red Currant, Milk, Oatmeal, Flour

Inventory:

Frying pan, plate, mixer, tablespoon, spatula.

Cooking:

Step 1: Soak the oatmeal.


Pour the oatmeal with milk and leave it on 30 minutesto swell. Do not put in the refrigerator, let them stand at room temperature.

Step 2: prepare the dough.


Add to the oatmeal swollen in milk, wheat flour, ground cinnamon, eggs, a baking powder for dough and sugar.
