Garlic and Herb Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients for Cooking Chicken Drumsticks with Garlic and Herbs

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the marinade.


Mix salt, pepper, turmeric, cayenne pepper and paprika in a bowl. Pour in vegetable oil and mix well.

Wash, dry and fold the legs in a deep bowl. Pour them with spices mixed with vegetable oil. Add rosemary, thyme, sage and unpeeled garlic cloves. Close everything and put in the refrigerator overnight.

Transfer the pickled chicken drumsticks into a heat-resistant dish along with spices, herbs and garlic. Add the coarsely chopped butter, close the lid and put into the preheated oven.
Bake with 200 degrees during 1 hours 15 minutes.

Last 15 minutes bake without a lid so that the legs are covered with a golden crust and look more appetizing.
