Ingredients for making a cake "A la Tiramisu"
- 4 eggs
- Sugar 100 grams
- Wheat flour 100 grams
- Corn starch 25 grams
- Butter 25 grams
- Mascarpone 500 grams
- Whipping cream 250 grams
- Icing sugar 80 grams
- Bitter Chocolate 100 grams
- Ground coffee 2 tablespoons
- Coffee liqueur 100 milliliters
- Cocoa 1 teaspoon

Cooking cake "A la Tiramisu":
Step 1: prepare the dough.
Mix flour with starch and sift once.

Whip cream with a mixer with the remaining powdered sugar.

Make coffee 150 milliliters water and cook.
After the coffee has cooled, dilute the liquor in it.
Step 5: collect the cake.
Take a detachable shape and cover the edges with a side ribbon or parchment. Place the first cake and soak it with the third prepared coffee with liquor, grease the third cream with mascrapone and sprinkle with the third grated chocolate. Lay the second cake on top and repeat all the same steps. Thus, collect a cake of three cakes.
If desired, you can leave a little cream for the sides.
Put the cake in the refrigerator on 1 hour, about.
