Simple Banana Cupcakes

Ingredients for Making Simple Banana Cupcakes

For the test

  1. Ripe bananas 2 pieces
  2. Eggs 2 pieces
  3. Butter 80 grams
  4. Sugar 50 grams
  5. Flour 150 grams
  6. Baking powder for dough 2 teaspoons
  7. Vanilla sugar 1 pinch
  8. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

For filing

  1. Honey 2 tablespoons
  2. Crushed nuts optional
  • Main ingredients: Banana, Butter, Nuts, Flour, Sugar, Honey
  • Serving 8 servings

Cupcake molds, plate, mixer, whisk, fork.

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the dough.


Mix melted butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir until you get a uniform cream. Add beaten eggs to this cream and mix again very carefully.

Step 2: prepare the bananas.


Peel the bananas and mash them with forks into a homogeneous gruel. With ripe bananas it will be very easy.

Step 3: add bananas to the dough.


Add bananas, flour, vanilla essence and a baking powder to the butter mixture. Mix everything well.

Step 4: put the dough into molds.


Fill the molds with the prepared 3/4 test, as during the baking process the cupcakes will rise.

Step 5: bake the cupcakes.


Preheat the oven and send muffins to it 25 minutes or until rosy color. Check readiness with a toothpick; at the exit of the dough it should be dry and without pieces of dough.

Step 6: Serve Simple Banana Cupcakes.


Let the prepared muffins cool, then put them on a plate, brush on top with honey and decorate with crushed nuts. Pour yourself some tea and enjoy.
