- Green tea 2 teaspoons
- Cardamom (boxes) 6 pieces
- Cinnamon (stick) 1 piece
- Cloves (whole) 2 pieces
- Sugar 3 teaspoons (or to taste)
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Water 1.5 cups

Saucepan, sieve, cups.
Step 1: make tea.
Pour water into the pan, add tea, spices and sugar. Put everything on medium heat, bring to a boil, and, not allowing the tea to boil too much, cook everything about 5 minutes.
Step 2: add milk.
Add milk to tea and keep everything on fire for another 3-5 minutesso that the drink is moderately hot. Stir the tea periodically during preparation.
Using a strainer, strain the prepared drink and pour it into cups.
Step 3: serve spiced green tea.
Spicy green tea is served hot. This drink is good both in the morning and in the evening, but not before bedtime.

- What other spices can be added to tea for taste? Ginger is well suited, it also enhances the warming effect, also anise and nutmeg. Instead of sugar, use honey, but add it not during cooking, but afterwards, already in the finished drink.
