Knead a dough from the ingredients for the sheets, flour it and leave it to rise for an hour. Divide the crust in two and spread two sheets on a floured surface.

Wash the apples, grate them and mix them with lemon juice, vanilla and cinnamon.

Grease a pan with oil, line it with flour and put the sheet. Prick the sheet on the entire surface with a fork.

Put the apples then put the sheet on top. Prick the sheet again with a fork and bake the pie for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.

The pie can be served warm, then powdered with sugar and served as you like, taste, inspiration. :)
